The insurance broker says that it expects to complete the purchase of Alexander Forbes’s brokerage business in the fourth quarter of 2011.
Marsh has announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire the brokerage business of Alexander Forbes, comprising Alexander Forbes Risks Services (AFRS) and several correspondent operations in sub-Saharan Africa.
