Management teams and general staff from Cadogan will now join Lark,
which employs 280 staff in six offices across London and the South East.
Graham Lark, Lark chief executive, said: "We are delighted to add
Cadogan Hanover Park to our existing operations. It is a top quality

one of the leading independent brokers in the South East.
"All the management and staff will be joining Lark following the
acquisition and will continue to service their clients from the office
in Croydon as before. There is a strong cultural fit as they share our

provide clients with sound advice and excellent service. Everyone at
